Please note: we accept almost everything. BUT under no circumstances can we accept Asbestos, Medical Waste (NO NEEDLES) or Drywall.
We remove junk and unwanted materials/items from residential and commercial properties. Our rates include all labour, loading of the materials from anywhere on your property, clean up and all disposal/recycling fees. We provide all customers with an up-front non-changing estimate before any work begins.
We will remove almost anything provided it can be lifted by two people and is not hazardous.
Examples include:
Furniture – Couch, sofa-bed, mattress, armchair, cupboard, filing cabinets
Appliances – fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, computer, stereo, printer, TV, fax machine
Cellar, loft & garage – boxes, books, kitchenware, tools, clothes, fireplace, lawnmower

We use the main dumps in the lower mainland as well as some smaller private companies like the Surrey Transfer Station and Great Western Disposal.
We need to cover the costs of transport, labour and disposal of your materials which is calculated based on the weight of items removed.
In general, we charge by volume in terms of how much space your junk takes up in our truck (without breaking or cutting your items into smaller pieces) as well as total weight and what items you have taking into account disposal fees. (note sometimes our employees will cut or break pieces at there discretion but no addition fee to you and does not affect the quote we give you )
In most instances, we can be out to your location within an hour or two depending on how busy the day is going but can also schedule you ahead of time.
Not necessarily. Provided we can access your materials and have a solid understanding as to what needs to be removed. We would ask you to have all your garbage outside and we will come by and remove all of it. Then we will text you a short video of the areas where there was garbage (now empty) and you can then e-transfer us. if you want to go this route we must be paid that same day. There is an additional 5% of the total owed for each day that is late.
Our truck bed and trailer together hold up to 17.6 cubic yards or 476 cubic feet measuring 13′ L x 7′ W x 4′ H for the trailer and 8′ L x 4′ W x 3.5′ H for the truck bed.
Aside from the one or sometimes two strong labourers depending on how big or small the job is, our trucks come equipped with disposal bins, dolly, and various tools to ensure that your junk is removed in a safe and timely manner.

In most instances, when you rent a bin you have to pay for the entire volume, regardless of how much space you utilize. In many cases, others will throw junk into your bin leaving you with the cost of disposal. In most cases our prices remain less than with disposal bins, and provide all labour.
